free from crime

the world should be free from crime. people should have to work for their money and not steal off of others. government has to do effective programs such as crimnon and Narcanon programs which have rehabilitated criminals and drug addicts in other countries and now starting in the uk. it must be government funded so the society can be cleaned up. The government has wasted our taxes and failed for twenty years they need to do criminon and narcanon now. they work
