Fraudulent Business practice

DO NOT do business with Mid-Cities Automotive in Grand Prairie, Texas. I ordered a transmission from them in October, 2005. Returned it in November (they sent the wrong one) and I have not received the $850.00 I paid for the transmission. The owner lied to us for a month saying he'd send a check right away. Since February I have worked with the Dallas BBB, a collection agency, Texas Attorney General. He has ignored all contacts. A true JERK! What can we do next??? they did not send the transmission I ordered.
