BabyUniverse.com represents that when you place an order with them they include a gift card to the recipient. They even go as far as to post it 3 times on the site AND ask you to fill in your card. When there was no card in the order, customer service claimed that they do NOT send gift cards! Their operations marketing dept. did not want to resolve this until I insisted on the promised gift card to which they said they would send one but after 2 weeks I still have not received it. Not only did they misrepresent themselves on the website, they then lied to me, their customer.
