Fraudulant Painter

I would like to make a complaint against John Avants of Walker La. He was hired to paint almost all rooms on the inside of my home. He was paid most of the money owed to him. Has left with every room partially painted, nothing is put back in place. He has the rest of my paint, plus paint I had bought myself before he started this job.
