Fraud with Saturn Calgary

I bought a 2001 Saturn 3 door brand new. In 2005 it needed a door strap. The replaced 3 door straps or lead me to believe they did. After phoning GMPP to get copies of all repairs done this year, they told me no claims have been sent in, in other words, they pretended to be fixing my car but in reality they gave me fake invoices. I'm going to court on Nov. 3rd for damages. GM Canada has been no help what so ever. GMPP refuses to give me a letter stating that Saturn Calgary NE has not submitted any receipts to them. When I called GMPP I had to pretend that I was selling my car in order for them to be honest with me. They are all a bunch of crocks & I recommend not buying a GM product. I have the media coming to court with me so I can expose these crocks to the world. I want to see them go out of business before they do this to another person. After talking about this to other people, I was told that employees have quit due to them being crocks. They put Napa parts on vehicles and make people believe they are putting genuine GM parts on a vehicle. BUYERS BEWARE OF SATURN NE CALGARY.
