Fraud and Misrepresentation by Dual Action Cleanse

Dual Action Cleanse, a product advertised on national TV sent shipments and charged by credit card after being ask to stop (per their ad of customer satisfaction). I was given a return authorization # and returned unwanted product, now they refuse to refund the amount charged. After repeated calls to Dual Action Cleanse 1-800941-0163 they now tell me you can't return product for refunds. Has anyone else had problems with this company? Dual Action Cleanse, PO Box 10451, Van Nuys, CA 91409. Please do not give them your credit card # or order this product as they will ship you product you don't order and charge your for it.
