Francis Dean Insurance

I secured an insurance policy for my Martial Arts school from Francis L. Dean and Assoc. in August 2005. I sold my business in January 2006 and requested my policy be cancelled and refunded the difference. As of June 23, 2006, I still do not have a check! They have had problems finding my paperwork and processing it and are generally not well organized. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
