This is to warn people against renting an apartment from Ms Frances Ginsberg in Manhattan, New York. I had the misfortune to rent her apartment through Maison International. I paid the agency a hefty commission and the landlady a security deposit which she was contractually obliged to return to me within 30-60 days of my leaving the apartment. It is now well over 100 days since I vacated, but she still has not returned my money to me. She is evading my attempts to contact her, and the agency are denying responsibility. Please be careful of these people who seem to be set on stealing money through deceit.
