Vista Lincoln in Woodland Hills California. We went shopping for a newer car for my wife in April this year. We were gretted by a salesman named Ed XXXXX. We told him that our daughter was explecting another child and that we we needed a larger car to accomadate two car seats. We have a 2002 Explorer now. He told us that the Aviator by Lincoln was a little bigger. We, my wife and I drove both the Aviator and the Navigator and since ride was about the same, and HE told us that the Aviator was bigger than our present car, he was convinced we would be happy with. In June my second grandaughter was born, and in the beginning of August we were able to take her with us. We emediatly found that the car was not big enough, we had my daughter (my other daughter got the old car) bring our old 2002 explorer home and we compared the room inside. Not only is the old explorer wider, its taller. We then went back to the dealer and confronted the salesman about the size. His remark, ' well its a lot nicer ride. '. We went to try to exchange the car, a 2005 for a 2003 Navigator, a difference a $ 5000.00 in price, and there respone was that we had to loose another $3000.00 plus pay $ 80.00 more a month. This is robbery as far as we are concerned. We would recommed that anyone thinking of doing business with Vista Lincoln in Woodland Hills Calif, think twice about it.
