i purchased a new ford transit van and was told by ford motor company that it was substandard and not of merchantable quality they replased this van with a secone van now this van has more problems that the first one supplied but after 12 mounths of complaining and ford dealers trying to rectify the faults with no sucsess and replacing a large nubber of parts and also lenghty visits to dunton regarding the faults ford have now amitted they have no idear haow to rectify the problems but say its acceptable how and why this can be and also after 12 mounths i cant accept and are now taking leagel action to have this van returned as un merchantable goods and a replacement or refund
