Have had numerous problems with the rotors of my 2004 Ford Explorer. Has been at the dealer 11 times for the same thing. Ford says it's driver habit.When I asked them to define 'driver habit' they said, heavy braking,driving in stop and go traffic,towing trailers ,and mountainous terrain.The vehicle is drove by a stay at home mother in a rural area.It has never pulled a trailer or been to the mountains.
