I have had automobiles that the wiring lasted for years. However I own a 1996 Ford Contour that is not functional because the entire wiring harness in the engine compartment failed and Ford Motors refuses to do anything about it. They claim they had a recall, however I was never notified. I have always owned Fords, but never again.
