Ford Motor Company ruined my car

I took my car to the Ford company for a freeze plug. They had to pull the engine to get at this plug. When I got my car back the radio will not stay on one station. the electronics on door no longer work. I took it back and complained only to have them tell me everything was going wrong at the same time. Brenda
