just bought a ford escape with a warranty, and the warranty seems to have not been activated, not in fords computer, cannot have the rear end repaired, seems it did have a problem with it when we bought it, could only hear on the open highway. Called the dealer who sold us the suv, got no response, not even a call back on when the warranty will be in effect. How rude!
