ford motor company have repeatedly misled me over a warranty claim on my new transit van .now approx 2 yrs old it is suffering with corrossion and was first reported within a week of accepting delivery although ford accept that the van is in a poor state have yet done nothink to remedy it they are realy not intrested ford customer care should be called ford customer dont care ihave wasted sixteen thousand pounds
