
food service nightmare

I would like to tell everyone about the experience I had with a resaurant last week (experience is a good way of putting it). I got a job at one the best pizza places LEDO'S pizza, well lets just say I have been a customer for the last time.I went in for training and the employee shows me the kitchen ohh boy nothing has been wiped down for years, the built up grease and dust, flies everywhere food not covered and clearly not within saftey regulations, that's only the beginning; dishes placed on shelves that are disgusting, when I washed dishes I had to stack them next to a open container of pizza sauces and ontop of pizza sauces, the refrigerator must be dieing because the temp. was atleast 50 degrees in there thats not healthy, the manager has nails are at least 1 inch in length which is a big no no pizza dough is made and is suppose to be refrigerated after prepped that sits out all day, one of the cooks dropped a spatula that pulls the pizza of the hot tray fell on the floor and she picked it up and used it, how gross, at that point I was wondering what I was doing there as an employee. So I got outta dodge and now I want everone not to dine there at LEDO'S PIZZA 9454 lanham severn rd, seabrook,md 20706. I will complain to the right authorities when I can find the right info that I need. thank you all for the time you have taken to read this.
