in 2003 i purchessed a new fleetwood manufactured home on delivery the home was wrecked 2 big whole in the end. no hot water hot water heaterwas wired wrong no keys to front door which would not shut back door would not open major hump in the roof.the sideing comeing off walls were unplumb electical socket wire came loose sparks smokeing really scarty for littel girl.toilet cloggs every use because fleetwood ran the septic line uphill.this home was brand new under warranty fleetwood would notrepair even after 2state inspectionsthey still refused to make repairs.ive spent thousands trying to get a home under warranty fixed.plus i paid 895.00 for t6here extened warranty. fleetwood sold alemo0n and refuse to make repairs.shop arround dont buy fleetwood.they give you the run arround till your warrantys up .even wores johhny ramirez rep for fleetwood left a huge dead magpiebird which was stuck in his grill that looser left that dead mag pie 30feet from bedroom window not to mention there were kids outin the yard plus dog. this was fleetwoods rep from idaho what kind of companysrends loosers like this to a home whichthe custumer has sufferd for extremeproblems whith a hiome under warranty .ive filed a complaint whith the attorny generals office. my home still has major hump in roof sideing is comeing off walls are out of plumb. Igot a bid from a contracter for 38 thousand to repair a brand new home. fleetwood still refuse to make repairs they used 16 penny nails to hold trim on in master bed 16 penny nails.what a night mare buying a fleetwood has been . they are the worst company I would not recomend fleetwood check there complaints.
