Fixed Speed and traffic light cameras are an infringment of artical 14 (Prohiition of Descrimination) of the the European Convention on Human Rights. In that they discimanate aginst certain types ofm otor vehicles, ie Cars and Commecial Vehicles. By the fact that they photo the front number plate, but do not see the number plates of motorcycles and scoters that speed past thhem, as they only have a rear plate. Can somebody explain.
