i was seen at my house some weeks ago by the local beat officer pc 677 todd from fishburn police sedgefield durham uk over a false aligation by some local youths who lived on the estate he let himself in to my house without my consenthe followed my girlfriend in through the garage cos he said he needed a word with me i wasin bed this was around 9pm i found him at the top of the landing to my horror complete with stab proff jacket and pepr spray loking very scary!!! his attidude reflected a one side approch towards these kids he looked around my house while i was there without a search warant for so called evidence he then asked me down to the station at newton aycliff durham i was told i wasnt going to be arrested but after going down there to sort this out he said i was under arrest and i had to go on tape he also sid this wouldnt take more than 20mins he said and my girlfriend heard this i was ther e2hours with interviews dna swab tests (not nice haveing a large coton bud shoved twice in your mouth ) finger prints pictures i felt like a seriel killer not an inocent man i was very upset to say the least then given police bail nothing has happened to me like this in mylife im nearly 40 with no criminal record,, !!! beware every one you are guilty till proven inocent in the uk! if any one wants you charged even without evidence you have to fight to prove your inocence very scary on how the law has changed!!!!!
