filthy rooms

Recently i stayed at Motel 6 in Green River Utah. I had asked for a non smoking room...the person that had checked me in I beleive his name was Zane was the rudest desk clerk that i have ever dealt with. he seemed all put put that he had too check me in to begin with. well i got to my room and it was soo filthy and raunchy that it made me sick to my stomach...I went back to the front desk and complained about the room and asked to be moved...by that time shifts had changed and i dealt with an even ruder person than before his name was jimmy...Ji,,y told me that we were all sold out and theat he could not move me...i had asked for my money back and i was told that it was too late to give back refunds... i left the motel and stayed elsewhere... i came back the next morning to complain to the manager ...her name was sharon i believe and i was told that i should have complained to the desk clerk and that i woild have gotten my refund.. i told her i tried and i was turned away..Sharon told me there was nothing she could do about the situation it was too late...beware travelers Motel 6 in Green river Utah is the worst Motel that you could ever go to...dont go
