Fidlity beneftis 401k

I have been promised since Aug 29 2005 that fidelity net benefits would send my 14k check even said they would direct wire it to my ira. Still no money. I call at least 3 times a week talk to a supervisor that PROMISES my money will be there in 24 hrs Nothing AGAIN They stole the money out of my acct a little over a week ago so Im getting no interest on it BUT they say its on its way. Way to where? Sure as hell aint in my pocket! Dont EVEr use Fidelty for your 401k They STEAL your money!
