feul pressure problems

I am the owner of a 2004 Yamaha outboard marine engine, 150hp 4 stroke. At just 100hrs I've experienced fuel pressure problems.... fuel pressure was only running 35 should have been 45. Dealer claiming 'bad fuel', replacing filters cleaning injectors,and cleaning entire fuel system. Anyone having similiar problems with their Yamaha???
