Ferrellgas company give our next door neighbor a 10 cent per gallon price differance for propane gas within 20 minutes. Our tanks are less than a thousand feet from each other, and both been customers over 15 years and use approx the same amount per year. On top of that they tell us they had ran a special on the gas prices up to a week before. The problem was they never sent out any communication to us nor our neighbor. They had also moved there office and didn't notify us on that either-their phone numbers had changed. When we complained to the corp office we receive a phone call the next day and they say the price depends on the amount of gas usage per year. Not True! They could not answer why no communication on sales or phone listing changes. If you use Ferrellgas you may want to compair with your neighbor. We actually got better deal on our gas through small local company. I don't understand how a small local company can under cut the 2nd largest propane gas company in the US.
