Fedex's failure to deliver an important package for 4 weeks now. Excuse given incomplete post code, address complete. Postcode problem was found over three weeks ago, no communication with either the sender or addressee until addressee contacted fedex. Delivery promised in four days time (could have posted it quicker than that)and still didn't arrive
