Fed Up With Mcafee

I tried to buy virus &spam killer protection from Mcafee I don't know how many times i tried.Each time charging it to my credit card.All I know is I still don't have virus or spam protection downloaded on my computer.No way to contact mcafee by phone without paying $2.95 a minute.I don't know whether I was billed for both or not or how many times yet.What a way to do business, no support free for customers.
