Faulty Philips Plasma

I bought a Philips 37' plasma tv 18 months ago for almost £2000. The tv has started switching itself off after 10 minutes. Worse still, no-one can diagnose the fault and as far as they can tell, my fantastic television is now obsolete so no parts are available. Philips won't respond to my requests for help - I might as well have taken my money and flushed it down the toilet.....
