False DUI Test

I was falsly convicted of a crime i did'nt do by California's City Of Fresno Police Department. Some jerk turned in my path on a green signal in an intersection with no blinkers or signal of anykind causing me to smack right into him while i was going 5mph under the speed limit. An officer on sight found him to be intoxicated. I was asked if i had anything by the officer, I said 2 1/2 Bud Lights, but was never tested for verification for court proceedings. After a year and a half of returning to court twice a month, they finally convicted me guilty without a jury!!!
