False DUI charge

I was falsly accused of a DUI without being tested by central California's Fresno police department, so lost my employment of 5 years with Best Buy and accumilated back child support payments. Fresno Superior Court restricted my license but showed up as suspended when I was pulled over for expired tags, so they towed my vehicle. My daughter is in the custody of her step granfather due to her mother. This step granfather's wife works for central California's Fresno County Sherrifs department, and so accuses me of harrasing him without proof of police reports so visitations are missed with my daughter, and Fresno Superior Court buys it because his wife/Sherrif are co workers. Any lawyer that reads this copmlaint, can something be done about this? If so, lets do something about it in a lawsuit! You will certainly receive a cut of this lawsuit!
