FALSE ADVERTISING (SUSHI)

Tucson, AZ: Don't believe Oishi 'Sushi' Restaurant (located on Golk Links and Kolb) sign of 'all you can eat sushi $19.95*'. We took our daughter in for her 'last meal' before she left to go to Africa to join the Peace Corps. We even questioned them about the 'all you can eat' BEFORE ordering. Well, #1 - the sushi made my daughter sick (she threw-up in their ladies restroom)..needless to say, she didn't finish ALL of it. #2 - Here's the catch--because she didn't finish every scrap on her plate INCLUDING RICE, they reverted to menu prices...our $19.95 all-you-can-eat came to OVER $55. Talking to the manager didn't bring any resolution. BEWARE--Their justification for this is that ALL 'all-you-can-eat' establishments have the same policy. Not only did the food make my daughter sick (and she LOVES sushi), we were swindled into paying three times as much because the plate wasn't 'licked clean'. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! *NOTE: They have changed their sign to read '$30 all-you-can-eat sushi FOR TWO -- DO NOT BELIEVE THIS ADVERTISING 'HOOK', YOU WILL PAY TRIPLE AND POSSIBLE GET SICK.
