Fairfield Inn Kannapolis Nightmare

Workers of the Kannapolis Fairfield Inn need to be TRAINED on the ADA rules and regulations on what IS and ISN'T Handicapped/Wheelchair accessible. The lack of concern and compassion when the elevators went out during our 5 night stay with our disabled/wheelchair bound daughter was appauling. Compensation for 'inconvenience' of $100 was a drop in the bucket when you look at the DANGER and HARDSHIP we went through during our SPECIAL VACATION! If you are wheelchair bound or otherwise physically impaired, do NOT stay at the Kannapolis Fairfield Inn... The Marriot Parent Company should work hard to better control their 'chain hotels' and insure they are compliant when it comes to accessibility and re-train their employees in ALL of their chains, by confining them to a wheelchair for a weekend... put them in a room on the 3rd floor and then tell them to have a 'nice vacation'.....
