Failure to honor responsiability

Roomstore delivered furniture to my home and the delivery men damaged my home.After Roomstore confirming the damage,they failed to make the agreed payment for the damages and they will not respond to me or the better business bruea.They are trying to rid themselves of any responsibility.I had trouble geting furniture that wasn't damaged.I will never do business with them again and advise all my friends not to either.
