failure of companies to follow siple instruction

Using Kelkoo as a search engine offers a route to suppliers but if those suppliers fail in their duty it is my experience that Kelkoo will not support your complaint for fear of upsetting their own client (even if the supplier is proved wrong). Therefore what use are Kelkoo and all such sites if they cannot provide a minimum of customer support and protectection. Beware I say!
