ezinkjets.com is anything but ez. after i ordered ink from them,i was told it has been shipped the same day-- i have been told it has been shipped on 3 different dates over a 6 week time frame. yea right!!try to call them you say, lots of luck. don't bother with an e-mail,they don't answer them,nor do they respond to a request for a refund.. i now have filed a dispute through the credit card company. this outfit is NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH!!!!!!
