Just before I left the Optical Outlet store where I had just finished purchasing a pair of eyeglasses I asked....'what is your return policy?' She replied...'don't worry you have 30 days.' That, to me, implied I had a 30 day leeway on whether I wanted to return my glasses, or not. After spending over $500, and two weeks later, I'm told I own them, and cannot return them!!!!
