
Extended Warranties - waste of time

I am complaining about the lack of customer services from COMET group, we purchased a washing machine 3 years ago along with an extended warranty, we have had nothing but problems with it, but now I have finally had enough, we have waited over a month now for my washing machine to be fixed, and they refuse to give me any compensation for laundry bills or even a little sorry for your trouble, but no all customer services is say, when they read of there little sheet, sorry nothing we can do this is first appointment, sorry not our fault the engineer wrote down wrong part you need for your machine, sorry the engineer is sick, etc etc. How can we stop these big organisations selling these warranties, that they say we have to have when purchasing a new machine, but then offer a rubbish service when the machine breaks down. How long is acceptable for a washing machine to be fixed.
