express camera.com is a ripoff scam, upselling unsuspecting buyers to less valuable but more expensive lens, batteries,mem, etc and grossly misrepresenting products and features. I bought a canon 20d from them last week, and sent it back the day it arrived and i had a chance to see the lens, mem, etc they sent . i had asked for an email confirmation of all the detailedcomponents i was upsold , it never came. once i received the camera, i priced th stuff i was sent and realized that they had msreprented the value of the lens and other items by over $360. the way they suck you into the scam upsale is by sending you an email after you've ordered one of their package deals over the web, and tell ou the cant process your order until you call them to confirm the order. bullshit. when ou call, one of heir scam sales reps starts offering you all sorts of new selections claiming he wants you to get a better deal. bullshit again. he just wants to sell you stuff at a much inflated price. dont buy anything from them. they tried to even hit me with a 5% restock fee when i called to tell them i was returning the order. i told the guy i would not pay a dime. they stink. just go buy it from costco and save yourself the hassle i went through. leo- 8/26/06
