I purchased a Q Grill portable barbque grill from Thane Housewares. in Feb. 2006 The unit was only used twice on camping trips on the third time i tried to use it'It started hissing and smelling like propane. I turned the unit off and imedietly called Thane Housewares they told me the unit was out of warranty I told them I would be glad to pay for the repairs. After being put on hold 5 times long distance Iwas told they had no record of my purchase I told them I had the cancelled check that They cashed they told me they had no record of that either and that I had no further options. So I now have a $150.00 grill sitting in my garage collecting dust
