EXPEDIA tried to steal my money

Be careful if you plan to use EXPEDIA. EXPEDIA ruined my trips and tried to keep (steal is the right word) the money for services that they failed to provide. My case is too gruesome in details that I created a site (victimsofexpedia) to alert as many people as I can. Just search for 'EXPEDIA complaints' in Google or Yahoo and you will read horrible stories from people that used EXPEDIA.
