My 21 year old son (who was attending college and paying for his own way) bought me a Euro-Pro Shark Hand Vac for Christmas almost 3 years ago. I was thrilled because my Duster Buster had quit around a year before that and I wanted something different. Well I used that Hand Vac three times then it just quit. There was nothing wrong with it that I could see, so I called Euro customer service and they told me I would have to ship the item to them and send them money so they could ship it back to me!! Well I didn't feel like I should pay $15 for something that was a gift to me. They did not care. I felt like they could have done something without me paying that money. I was very frustrated and ended up throwing the vac away. Now I keep receiving postcards in the mail wanting me to order replacement filters. This ticks me off too. What can I do???
