I am from a small town in west scotland which is hard enough to find jobs at the best of times, lots of employers in my town seem to be employing Latvians, polish etc who can hardly speak a word of english, i think its an absolute joke the seem to be taking over the uk, no offence to them but were losing out on job opportunities because of this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
