I purchased a package from Etour and Travel and was entirely misled regarding what the purchase was. It was supposed to be a two bedroom condo with kitchen and living room. When the package came it was for a hotel room that would not accomodate the group I will be with. When I talked with them, they said I could not get money back they would look for an upgrade to the two bedrooms. That's not what I paid for and I will not accept anything less. I spoke with Lee Carr who gave his phone number and extension for help. When this number was contacted, it had been disconnected. I called another number on Sept 17 and spoke with Gui who said he would pay for three of the nights himself so that we would come and be happy with the up grade. When I checked with friends who are going with me on this trip and got back to the call at E tour, the office was closed. When I was able to call back on Sept 21, the lady said it was too late, I would not be getting money back. If we upgraded, it would be at my expense. I bought and paid for a two bedroom facility with kitchen to begin with and now have to pay more for it. This is fraud and will also be reported to Better Business Bureau and Public Service Commissioner regarding this matter
