THIS STARTED ON OCTOBER 8,2006 I HAVE TALK TO ONE OF REP.FROM VONAGE AND TRY TO CANCEL MY ACCT AND PERSON TOLD ME THAT DEPT ARE NOT OPEN AND I NEED TO CALL MONDAY .THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU CAN CANCEL THIS ACCT BY 30DAY AND THIS WAS NOT EVEN TRUE ABOUT THIS 30DAY USED.I HAVE FINALLY CANCEL MY ACCT BY NEXT MONTH ON TOP OF THAT I GOT CHARGE ALREADY AND AFTER CANCELING MY ACCT THEY CHAGE ME $79.99 ON CANCELING MY ACCT.THEY HAVE IN BLACK AND WHITE POLICY THAT THEY CANCELING ACTT IS $39.99 ONLY NOT THAT AMOUT COME CLOSE !!!
