ER SOLUTIONS/ DEBT COLLECTORS

I have received extremely rude calls from this agenct regarding a CableVision Of Ct bill; I called CV of Ct and this bill was incorrect; they gave me a contact name at Er Solutions to call and tell them that they issues a credit for the erronous bill; I have been assured by Cable Vision of CT 5 times in the last three weeks that they have notified ER Solutions that this matter has been resolved; I get calls starting at 8:45 am till 8pm at night and they will not stop calling me; I cant stand it ; I cant only imagine the money they waste on phone calls.
