My mum paid them 5,194 british punds over the years, and when she is due to claim, they reject her claim, because of not enough evidence that their was a strom to casu ethe 2 hole sin her room. Alos they dont class torential downpours as strom . She was advised to fix the roof to stop more damage happening, but then would not pay our because tthe rrof was repairwe when they got tehre 2 days later. we have changed insurers, give them a wide berth
