employee complaint

my name is shortym1 and i work at long johns i am under paid. they exspect me to do about 3 jobs not in my job description which is to cook. i'm not bragging but i'm a good employee.i stay over my time to leave waiting on people to replace me so my managers won't have to do my job some days not even getting a break. everyday i wait for the cook to come in. everyday he's late comes in high and i caught him smoking in the cooler. i spoke with our store manager who doesn't seem to care. its there store. i get paid 5.50 hourly and was told i'd get a 50 percent discount on food i go in one day to get some food and was told i couldn't get my discount. i'm not trying to be mean but that is wrong to do employees like that.
