This merchant took my order on April 29th 2006. After 3 weeks I e-mailed to request the status since no product had arrived. Received no answer to e-mail. After a month, ordered from another e-tailer (who delivered it within 4 days). After 5 weeks, received an e-mail saying the order was on its way. When I wrote to tell them I no longer needed the order, they blamed me for never writing to cancel the order. Item arrived on June 12th. Apparently they can ignore e-mails, and not indicate their intentions, but customers are supposed to keep sending e-mails. Anyone else think 6 weeks is too long for typical pet supplies ? Kingofponds.com,kingofswords,com.warhammerdirect.com,helpmenow123, melliniumempire,amazonEmpire.com are all leading to a ring of internet crooks. they have the same addresses or phone numbers all from Marrieta Georgia have numerious fraud complaints, King of Swords have over 500 complaints alone and nobody stops them from ripping us all off.
