two weeks ago i brought a laptop from the aforesaid internet company. the laptop was delivered on the wrong agreed day to start with and all that was said was 'sorry'. the following day i phoned to complain as the laptop was unrepairably broken. i know this because i had to take it to an IT shop to find out the problem. i arranged to have it sent back. twice the laptop was not picked up when it was agreed to be causing more agravasion yet again. now over a week and a half later i am phoned telling me my laptop is not actually broken (they think im that stupid), i tell them to run more tests and two days later they agree that it is broken but that because of the scratches on it (which it arrived with) and because i didnt report them (insignificant compared to the problem) i have to pay £75 for damages which werent even caused by me but the company. They havent even replaced the laptop and so i have payed £75 for absolutely nothing but hassle. keep clear of the website as far to many problems for what its worth and terrible customer service.
