My boyfriend was in a car accident yesterday, and he went through the windshield of his 1989 work truck. I didn't see him until hours after the accident. He was never treated with ice!! They ran cat scans and all sorts of tests, but never treated the injury. Sure they stitched him up where the gashes were really deep, but they never gave him ice!! Ice is SO important. The moment you get ice on an injury, thats the moment the healing begins. They didn't even bandage the wound. I don't get western medicine.
