Embarq in incompentent!!

I swear if the telecommunications company Embarq were anymore incompetent, I would be using 2 paper cups and a string to talk to people!!! In the past few months I have contacted them 3 different times to switch my long distance service to them,so I could take advantage of bundling my services. They have botched it all three times!!!
