we purchased an emachine computer in Nov. 2005. We gave it to our son for Christmas 2005. We have sent the computer back to be worked on 10 times!!! It has stayed at their place more than ours to be worked on. After the tenth time they told us they would send us a new computer. When we received it, it wa a 'REFURBISHED' computer. We purchased a new computer with a 1 year warranty. They sent us a refurbished one with a 90 day warranty. This is not acceptable!! Our son went to college in August without a computer because of dealing with emachines for 10 months
